The 2022 application for the DC Preservation League’s Preservation Initiatives Grant Program is now open through Friday, January 21, 2022. For more information about the two grant funds and the application process, please join us for a virtual grant workshop on Tuesday, November 16 at 6:30 pm EST.
This workshop is free & open to the public!
The Preservation Initiatives Grant Program includes two separate funding sources: the Brightwood Car Barn fund for historic preservation projects within the Brightwood Community and Ward 4, and the Virginia Avenue Tunnel fund for preservation projects within the geographic area surrounding the reconstructed Virginia Avenue Tunnel. Preservation-related projects include Preservation Planning, Research, Outreach & Education, and Bricks & Mortar. Click here to learn more.
